Project Management Department
The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the administrative support for the center’s internal and the external projects, and to control its operation, resources, and timetables.

Some of its tasks are:

  1. To integrate all of the center’s projects into a unified methodology, that depends on the best standards and practices in project management.
  2. To facilitate monitoring the projects and its development, for the center’s top management.
  3. To provide the center’s top management with information and real time reports that assist in decision-making process.
  4. To contribute in the success of the center’s plans and projects, and to maximize quality and productivity, and minimize risks and loses.
  5. To improve communication and increase the efficiency of communication between PMO and the center’s top management.
  6. To conduct training sessions for the center’s employees on project management areas of knowledge.
