Audit and Quality Department
The department seeks to set quality in all of the center’s managerial departments.
 
Some of its tasks:
  1. Building quality and performance standards to all the center’s activities.
  2. Review the operations and procedures and developing them, in order to achieve greater efficiency and productivity.
  3. Manage the audit process to all of the center’s operations and procedures.
  4. Monitor the adherence of the center’s departments to the work procedures.
  5. Evaluate the satisfaction of beneficiaries.
  6. Take advantage of the international quality standards, and apply the most suitable of them.
  7. Assist the center’s departments that are related to testing, by enforcing security and confidentiality standards.
